Refund policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but understand things happen!

Please first contact us at eightmaplehome@gmail.com to initiate a return or refund.  All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt.  Any refund will include a $10 shipping deduction, unless you choose to ship at your own expense.     

- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

- Any refund will be processed in the original form of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

For product that is damaged, please submit a photo of the damage so that we can make a claim with our carrier.  You will be fully refunded for product that arrives damaged. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
